Never received my order, no communication

I’m so sad to be leaving a negative review but I placed my order two months ago and still haven’t received it. I tried emailing multiple times, messaged via Facebook and instagram, and haven’t had any communication. There doesn’t seem to be an option to ask for a refund. Gutted because I was so excited to try these perfumes!
